that last update was really shallow....i hate realizing things like that after the fact. so I'm gonna tell you guys about what happened to me and Sarah(my sister) on the way home from UCF last night.....well we were almost home and we had just turned into our neighborhood when thig freakin retard starts tailgating us. so Sarah(who was driving) taps the brakes and he almost hits us from behind, then proceeds to come up beside us ON THE LEFT through a double yellow line. we then speed up to avoid being run off the road/clipped from the side/ran into a FREAKIN CREEK IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. and this fool sideswipes us!!!! so i call the police as he proceeds to try to evade us by running 2 stop signs,go in excess of 55 mph, and do a u-turn on a main road(still in our neighboorhood!!! mind you) and we are now following him,all the while talking frantically to the 911 operator giving her his tag number, description of his car,our location,etc. we head back out of our neighborhood where amazingly he doesnt run the red light at hwy 31. so that gives the cops time to find us because as soon as we both turn back north on 31 again, he guns it to try to get away. the cops then come up behind us and surround him with not one, not two, but 3 cop cars on 31 at oak mtn. and needless to say this lunatic gives them the complete opposite story as us. and did I mention earlier that he got out of his car 2 separate times to yell? well he did. if he hadnt have had his hands open while doing that we would have run his ass over. anyway, to sum up he gave 2 different accounts of what happened to the first 2 officers on the scene, and thankfully they noted that in their report. and thankfully there wasnt any real damage to our car, just enough of a paint transfer from his side view mirror to prove irrefutably that he did in fact come across a double yellow line and brush us. as well as us having 2 witnesses against his one. his story didnt match up and i talked to the emergency dispatcher the whole time. so yes,kids,we are pressing charges against this lunatic to hopefully stop this from happening to someone else besides us. pray that it goes well, and didnt turn out worse. later kids.
