(no subject)
Back in gville after some great travels. I spent 10 days in NYC and Conn. It was sooo amazing, the Conn part was business, but the NYC stuff was unnnnnnbelievable. Got to see all my girlies, my team, my friends and everything. It was so incredible! Had 2 grreat shabbos' there. I cooked a few items too. We had some neighbors come over and eat, it was great. I really miss the shabbos thing here in Gville. It sucks here. Not that I want to become super frumma and all, but it was really nice and relaxing to have those days up there and be all grown up with friends and cooking and making good meals. I really enjoyed it.
We went ice skating in central park, it was soooooo great, had really the best time in a long time, after only an hour wait, we spent 2 hours on the ice, with great photos and a lot of fun with my friends.
Did some shopping of course, picked up a new pair of boots and some cute little flats from urban. Bought some new shirts and a skirt as well. Trying to dress outside the box! ;)
Hmm, whatelse, saw the Family Stone, I loved it, I'm up for anything Sarah Jessica and Diane Keaton, thats right up my alley! I went to the first showing the day it came out at 11:15 am, thats how addicted i am.
OOO I started subscribing to netflix, sooo exciting, all the movies i have been meaning to see for only 10 bux a month! THe first one on the list is annie hall, how super! I think Ill watch it tonight!
Had a great Chanukah party, Matt came and met my whole family. It was so nice having him there! Everyone loved him. He is such a great guy. My sister loves him! She thinks i should marry him. I love that everyone is planning my marriage, i hope itll happen sooner than later. But it would be nice ot be dating someone before that happens ;) My hairdresser Tziv loves matt too. She raves about him and thinks we would be perfect together. I think hes a great guy as well. We'll see waht happens. I do enjoy his company and love being around him!
The sad news of the week is that Matt's grandfather died. I feel really badly for him, I know he was really close to him. It reminds me of my relationship with my grandparents. Ive got them all, but its still going to be sooner than later that they will be leaving me, hopefully the later. I love them! Anyway. My parents and I went ot the funeral and shiva house. We met his whole family it was really cute, being introduced to everyone...
Well anyway Ill write more later, I'm going ot finish watching unfaithful and then go learn to play tennis, I HOPE!
