This morning, more like afternoon, I woke up and weighed in!
208.0 lbs! :] Hurray! I mean even with all the under eating, then over eating I'm still okay! I'm still on track!
Today I ate:
2-4 oz hamburgers no bun- 12 points
some Swedish fish- 3 points
a banana- 1 point
1 cup cake- 8 points
1 clementine- 0 points
some fries- 1 point
So I am at 25 points on the day!
I'll have a chicken and veggie dinner for 3 points and maybe some bread with it... Or a jelly sandwich and an apple? Hmm.. decisions!
I had chicken and peas and a slice of bread for 5 points putting my over today by one point. Oh well! Tomorrow is another day!
