friday the 28th.
had class in the mrng and went home during lunch coz i had a really bad flu which was getting worse throughout the day. by now it's quite evident, how i get sick so easily and how weak i actually am, heh :( so anyway. went home and had a rest coz the family would be coming over for my birthday barbeque that night. henek, nek noon and aunty mila came first :) after that papa's bestfriend uncle joe came w his wife aunty shan and youngest son jojo. lol. yaya, aunty siti, uncle yan, aunty pat, eva and her two friends came too. lin, zaki and baby sara couldn't come coz lin and zaki already rsvp-ed to their friend's wedding that same night. had loads to eat; ikan pari, lamb, chicken, prawns, beef, potato salad, mushroom soup, salad, garlic bread, jell-o and strawberries and cake. mama couldn't get me the personalised my little pony birthday cake coz apparently it takes 2 weeks to prepare and there wasn't enough time. so i had to make do w/o the birthday cake i so wanted :( i was really excited abt it but it's okay i guess :( got a few presents and $$$ too which i sooo can't wait to spend! :D yayyy!
was kind of down coz i couldn't celebrate w syith or fanna and the rest :( syith coudln't come home think weekend coz he had tonnes of work to finish up and i knoww i said it's okay coz his work is important and i don't want to get in the way but the realisation of him realllllly not being around for my birthday wasn't that nice :( thought i could rely on my bffs to make me feel better but it turns out that they didn't hv anything prepared for my birthday, at all, so yeah. s'not like i was expecting it. okay maybe i was, a little. but they didn't come to the rescue like i thought/hoped they would. hmmmmm :(
