Oh Lineage 2, how I love thee.....
Yeah, I haven't been able to play Lineage 2 for a couple of days now because of this damn modem problem. I am going into withdrawl. I really hope this game comes out on time in the US, because I don't know how long this open beta will go for in Japan. I actually cancelled my FFXI account yesterday in anticipation of L2. I have found myself playing the free beta of this more than the pay version of FFXI, so buh bye boring tank Varuga!
I am kind of tired this morning, as I am waiting for the cable guy to show up and fix my shit.
I am not a toy geek type of guy, but I just saw the line up for the new Mcfarlane monsters series...oh shit I have to get these....Attila the Hun, Rasputin, Vlad the Impaler, Countess of Bathory(Oh man I almost busted a nut when I heard that), Jack the ripper, and Billy the Kid. I guess I will be plunking down my cash for those this summer for sure.
I have to work yet again today....it feels like my last day off was eons ago.
Brainstorming still....did some sketches and whatnot. It is too bad that gaming has finally caught the "wild west" bug...Red dead revolver, dead man's hand, etc. etc. I had been working on designing a cool ass character for the game...kind of inspired by Beyond the grave(I am not a fan of Nightow, but I really like that design) and Clint Eastwood's character in High Plains Drifter(one of my favorite flicks of all time). I like what I have done, because I think I have improved on facial expressions, since I have his eyes covered by his hat(which is another interesting dilemma....I have to buy a cowboy hat or at least take the effort to open Poser and use the hat in there.
Still deciding on a title for this short story I am working on....of course it has be song related. I was considering calling it "Waiting by the phone" mainly because I use some lyrics from "Someone to shove" from Soul Asylum, but that is too easy. Ah well, I am sure it will come to me while I should be doing something else(like at work or taking a shit or jerking off, etc.).
