Last week I tried out two new, yummy recipes: bbq tofu and mushroom almond rice casserole, see
I took my dad out to dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant (Los Arcos) for his 58th birthday. I had the waiters surprise him with a song and treats. Apparently they were out of cinnamon strawberry things, so they brought out a bowl of whipped cream and put it all over his face to make it extra entertaining.
