WOO!
My cilantro is coming along nicely. (I planted some a while ago because I got sick of buying it in bunches that are too big for me to use in time before they go all akkies.) Mayhaps my thumb is more green than I thought...
Mom gave me a whole set of dishes- A WHOLE SET! We're talkin' plates, bowels, saucers, mini plates, coffee cups...the WHOLE shebang! No silverware, but that's not too expensive. She's also giving me the old crockpot because she got a newer, bigger one. I wanted to tell her, "Are you NUTS?! The old one's all full of that old crockpot flavor!" but I opted not to. Mmm...old crockpot flavor. On Saturday Jer and I went to Goodwill, and I totally scored some cookie sheets, a pot, a pan and a sweet clock to put on the entertainment center. Also, Jeremiah's dad is going to look for a new TV for me this summer, so I'll have a big'un for the living room after the Crust moves out. (I'm not looking forward to that. I'll miss the Crust. ;_;)
So I didn't take any winter semester classes at CC this year and I guess they dropped me as a student. I tried signing up for classes and I kept getting this thing that said, "you don't have an enrollment appointment" and when I tried to sign into blackboard so I could send an email to the enrollment center to ask what I needed to do, the website was all like, "Who are you? YOU'RE not a student! You should become one!" So I guess I'm off to the enrollment office tomorrow so I can re-sign up to be a GRCC student. God, I hope there's SOME classes left for fall semester by the time I get all that crap out of the way. >_<
The MP3 player Erin and Steve got me for Christmas has died on me twice now. (Well, the first one died, I got a replacement and now THAT one's died.) Neither one lasted more than a few months. That ain't right. I'm going to see if I can't get another model. I really like the one I have as in how it's set up and all that, but it's just not worth it if I have to keep replacing it. Radio Shack? WON'T you help me out a chunk?
