Ok. Last week I was lost.

New week. Goal: Not being lost.

I gained 10 pounds as a result of my stress and depression/frustration spawning from the past couple weeks of life.

A.P. Tests are over. I graduate in a little over a week. Life needs to get better.

Life WILL get better - it always does.

I’m going to try to start a new routine to lose the weight I gained and about 25 pounds extra. Hopefully it’ll work. It involves a lot of physical activity daily, but I’m willing to do whatever necessary to keep myself healthy. I’ve been having sugar lows lately, and I know I need to take the weight back off because of my risk for diabetes.

Plus, who doesn’t want to look hot for summer?

Anywho - Friday night really helped with chilling out. Thanks Emily and Toph.

It’s time to step it up.
