What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything
Abilities: He has a shockrod that he can use well and he seems to be okay at martial arts. Except not that great because he gets his arse kicked in Advent Children. He's better than the baseline human?
Notes for the Psychics: Once he's clocked off, doesn't give a damn about his job. Is not actually amazingly gay for his partner? (Oh who am I kidding?) He's pretty cool with what he does, and he doesn't really have any pretentions about what the Turks are. He takes a fair bit of pride in what he is and looking after Rufus but he is not labouring under any delusions that the Turks are Nice People.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure! I reserve the right to have him saunter away afterwards though.
