I finally have high-speed internet at my parent's house. After making do with dial-up here for almost 11 years, I finally decided I wanted something better. And taking advantage of Sympatico's first-month-free deal, I hopefully won't have to pay anything for it. My parents are content with dial-up, and so I'll be cancelling the high-speed here at

Good luck in New York. The apartment looks stunning. But is it tough to get off and in to Manhattan? It looks kind of isolated.

Manhattan is fairly easy to get to. The subway is about a 10-15 minute walk away, and then it's just like a 5 minute subway ride into the heart of Manhattan.
