GOD I am in a good fucking mood. Like WHOA.
This weekend (not to mention the past week itself) has been awesome. I haven't exactly gone out and done much, but at the same time, I've done well, a lot. Done a lot of talking...really...god I've done a lot of talking.
If you had told me one week ago today that I would feel this way one week from then, I'd have laughed you out of the room. Then again, things do change. My dad called me friday night to tell me that my Explorer (ESP LTD Explorer Guitar) showed up at the house back in Amelia. Not a scratch on it, and as my dad put it "This is one great looking guitar". So needless to say, I'm excited to see that soon. (Best Birthday Present EVAR! RAWR!)
Avenged Sevenfold's third album "City of Evil" is coming out on June 7th. YES! I need a fix of new music from one of my favorite bands. Metallica's also getting ready to release "Fan Can 5" to metclub members (yours truly) with a bunch of extras and cool shit in it. And you can bet I'm buying it.
God, I feel so great right now. I don't think I've ever felt this good about life before. I've got a clear head on my shoulders for the first time, truthfully, in what feels like my life.
Now, before I disappear, I'm going to go back to listening to the Met-Cincinnati concert from 04. Good times, good times.
