Well, it was no dice finding any sort of cheese, or much in the way of spices, but I found some canned tomatoes, salt and pepper. And I'll have to substitute cooking oil for olive oil in the dough, but it should be basically okay... I've never made pizza dough before, so I'm not completely sure...Excuse me, but, a few days ago I promised a nice guy ( Read more... )

I see. Wow, how useful. Thank you very much!

I'd definitely like to get some sort of permanent oven built eventually - would be real convenient, y'know? - but for now I was going to try for the easy, lazy way. If you cover a cardboard box inside with foil, I've heard you can cook like that. Don't know if it'll be strong enough for a pizza, but I figure as long as it's warm...

Come of think of it, are there any camping supply stores here? I lived kinda in the country so maybe that's why, but some places have shops where you can buy all sorts of outdoor things. Like stoves.

No problem, if you figure out any way how to make food taste any better too, tips-trading is a fair exchange.

Won't that be more dangerous, maybe catching the box on fire? Cardboard burns, you know.

No, but there's a hardware store. They had some charcoal, its mostly gone now, but you could find some things there, maybe.

Well, I've heard that that works. If you do if over a low fire, you know, embers and stuff. If you cut the bottom of the box, y'know?

I've never tried it, but a couple of people at my school, they like that sort of thing, so I heard about it from them.
