What do you think most people do with their lives? They live for something, or they try and find that thing. Otherwise, it's pointless living.

But - it just doesn't seem to be enough. To just stop at "living for." That's just "existing," y'know? I want to be able to do something, to. Do something for them... for anyone. Not just "exist." I just don't know what.

Both, actually, but I meant 'personal.'

Maybe it's cynical, or mean, but once you're dead, that's it. You're gone - or supposed to be. There's nothing left. There are people left behind... but you aren't around to worry about upsetting them...
