That means it's getting to Valentine's Day. Let me explain. On February 14th, all the girls are supposed to give chocolates to the guys they like. Of course, I guess any sort of presents are fine, as long as they're heartfelt.

It's perfectly okay to give "friendship chocolate," too. It doesn't have to be love. But I think it would be a great thing to do. Everyone would come together as a community and so I think the girls should all really consider it! It's a holiday meant for girls to show their fondness for boys (for example, me), so it's clear that it's a great holiday and for the good of all.
Plus with all the new people (new people besides me, I mean. And Goten-kun), it'd be a great way for us all to bond. Please think about it.
