Huzzah!
What a lovely week.
Yesterday Governance Job rang to inform me that,hurrah!, I have been deemed good enough to get a job. So now I'm moving to London, having a wonderful career in governance and regulation, having a sparkling social life, taking advantage of wonderful cultural facilities all around me, getting a boyfriend (seriously), and generally sorting my life out. Yeay!
Celebrations will be taking place in downtown [Hometown] this weekend when Tsunami and Tempest come a-calling. Blah, but I'll be trashed as will the girls so it's really irrelevant where we are. I even think I'm going to be able to subvert a party Pearl is planning to be all about me- ooo, devious!
Unfortunately the Interrail adventure will have to be cut short, as my job starts on August 26th, but not to worry. It's a shame to miss out on Poland, Munich and Amsterdam, but they can go back on my list.
I am so sad- I got my bmi Diamond Club card today, which was almost as exciting as getting a job. I need a life, quickly.
