The idea of Teddy horrified him. A long time ago, he promised himself that he would create a better world for any child he had, an easier world; that didn't work, so he vowed to have none, not to share his curse. Breaking that made him panic, lose perspective. But then Harry made him think (in a way that made me want to slap him a bit, but Remus says he deserved it), and he forced himself to calm down and face the future. Then Teddy was born, and he was beautiful and perfect, no matter how the world would treat him; for the first time, Remus was filled with hope and joy again. Then, of course, he died - but he died fighting for his son, beside his wife, and he died happy.
Any Five loves her to death, really (even if d!Five is using her, he uses everyone). He admires her tranquility, her quiet strength; he puts her on a bit of a pedestal, really, which is one reason he never acted on his feelings. No one is good enough for Nyssa, including him. He hates himself, sometimes, for exposing her to the dangers and darkness of the universe, but she's flourished so he can't do it for long. He still misses her, still wishes he could have asked her to stay as he meant to.
Of course, in Paradisa he's living with the Master so that would be very, very awkward. He's not sure if he'd like her to be there or not - even if she says nothing about it, his already significant guilt about it will thrice itself.
