ROSS. I wanted to cry. NOT FAIR.
"His name was Ross" - good acting, there. Can almost forgive all the bug-eyed shouting.
"At times like this I could do with the Brigadier." DOCTOR GO VISIT PERU.
Martha with her clone. Sweet, poignant, Martha saving the world through compassion. Well, helping. Episode needed more of her, though.
Donna. Just, in general. (I particularly loved the Doctor's "I'm sorry" and her being so terrified but doing it anyway). Also with Martha, there should be lots of fic with those two in.
"Are you my mummy?" I admit, I smirked.
Mace is still awesome, in his way. Made mistakes, got people killed, then did something brilliant. Hmm, who does that remind me of.
I love that the Master's ship was used to help the Earth.
The Doctor grabbing the gun off Rat and tossing it away? That I liked. The rest of the sniping, seriously Doctor, we get it already. Enough.
"Martha, you too. Oh, so many times." FINALLY. THANK YOU.
The Doctor actually giving them and INFORMED CHOICE, that was good.
Then Rat - er - well, not redeeming himself, he caused and laughed at the death of dozens of people, and I doubt he felt guilty. So.
I still like Ten much better than before, UNIT is fine, Donna and Martha are lovely together, the Sontarans were very much Sontarans.
The actual plot?
Meh.
