500 - Moderately Epic Special Post!
It's not technically our 500th day, so I'm not quite on time. But what is time, anyway, besides a way for man to deliniate the changing seasons and but a simple method he uses in an attempt to give order to his life? So let's cast off the Gregorian calendar and use today to celebrate some of the reasons we love our favourite scholar idol! ♥
Sho-kun, how do we love thee? Let's count the ways
First and foremost, it's gotta be that big, sexy brain of his. He's such a GQMF he gets to fly around the world, interviewing football stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, baseball stars like the talented and oh-so-delicious Yu Darvish and -- oh yeah -- the former head of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev. Not bad for someone who's only 28.
He takes himself seriously...
even when he's making an ass out of himself on national television. But he doesn't seem to mind; in fact, he revels in it.
He not only knows how to talk to people fifty years his senior, but little kids fifteen to twenty years his junior and make them all understand and love him.
At the risk of sounding completely superficial: he looks good in everything, even fishnet yum
He's stubborn and perseveres, even when his segments are unfunny and aggravate everyone
or when his boats made out of everything from Lego to leaves continually sink.
He's a good role model. He supports his juniors ... by going to their shows, flashing the audience, and then messing up their songs.
But what's the real reason we all love him? DAT ASS
