I know I am going to regret this post. I am so pissed. Guinness, whiskey, blue after shock - nasty stuff. I am really very drunk right now. I should be in bed. Why did I switch on the computer? Italy was great. But the boss in work asked me to work the weekend when I got back. The shit. I didn't even get a 'thanks' for that Sunday I worked a while ( Read more... )

Where is Italy did you go? I've always wanted to go myself.

Don't regret posting stuff... I get all pissy and post stuff I later regret but at least I can look back on it and look at my mood changes.

That icon is great! I was in Venice for a few days and in Trieste on the slovenian border for 3 days. I really needed the holiday. Venice was fairly overcrowded with tourists but it is still a beautiful place. I love Italian food, so I really was in my element over there. And I think you're right about the posting stuff too - it really is interesting to follow your moods/thoughts from different occasions.

You'd need to bring a lot of film - you could really go mad taking photos out there, there is so much to take.

Glad to have you back!Drunk or not, you can post any time! Damn your boss. You worked your arse off before you went to Italy, can't someone else do it?
Was worried about you though, cause the weather in Italy isn't that good they told me.
Hope you don't have a big hang over when you wake up...Can't wait to talk to you again. Take good care.
*hugs you*

I know. It's crazy. Others can do the job alright but it will take them longer. And they all have heavy workloads too so it wouldn't be fair on them. I just think the boss should learn to use incentives rather than a whip to get people to do extra work.
As for the weather in Italy (and thanks for worrying about me - I'm flattered!) it was great. "8 degrees, sunny skies.
And as for the hangover - that's best left unsaid!
*hugs back*
