(no subject)
Well after the complete disappointment of missing Dr Who (well I saw the last 10 minutes, and mmmmm Tennant with glasses and like wow to the link of Torchwood! and I am highly excited of meeting K9 this week!!!...ok calm down Rea...and breathe...lol), I went to bed early, yes at 10 o'clock, to wake early today and get on with geog coursework, which I am actually doing. I knew I'd enjoy doing it once I started it, its just getting started. Also I realised that doing the coursework is doubly good as revision of Trade and Aid. OOh the excitement of learning!!!
I also found an article on wikipedia about what exactly geography is, and have printed it off for my parents who still look at me as if to say "I don't actually know" when one of their friends asks them what I'm studying at uni, and what it entails. I think deep down, my parents think geography is a waste of time and only involves map-reading. They really don't say "My daughter is studying Geography" as proudly as when they used to say, "My daughter is studying Law". I will prove them wrong and show them how wonderfully wonderful Geography is!
Also got confirmation of Australia through, and am booking flights this afternoon, if Phil actually wakes up!lol I am sooooo excited!!!!
