Being stressed is easy

I stress out alot when it comes to being on time.

The best cinema in my area (actually it's probably the best in the state) is a megaplex so there are always shitloads of people there. In days of old I'd get to the cinemas REALLY early so that I could get a good seat, especially if it was a premiere of a movie I really wanted to see (like the Pirates movies and Harry Potter). Once we literally lined up for two hours. I think that one was for Goblet of Fire.

Anyway, the cinemas now have reserved seating. When you buy your ticket you also choose the seat you want and it gets printed on the ticket. Thus I've made it a habit of buying tickets online when the movie is either at night or in the late afternoon, otherwise I'll have to stand in line for ages to buy one from the teller and I'll be stuck with a crappy seat.

Today Britt, Jade and I are gonna go see "My Sister's Keeper", and the best time for us was relatively early in the night. I went online to get the tickets and over and over the screen kept saying "an unexpected error has occurred, please try again". The first two times I was annoyed but calm. By maybe the sixth time I did it I was swearing like a sailor. Then there was a misunderstanding with my membership card and I got an email saying I'd be sent another one, which really pissed me off because I had EIGHT POINTS on my current card! With every movie you get a point. When you hit ten you get a free ticket. Okay it does sound kinda lame once I type it down - but I DON'T CARE. FREE STUFF.

Anyway after like four phone calls to Jade and Britt which must have cost me heaps because they were both on their mobiles I ended up having to change the time.

Funny how it's a really lame story and yet just thinking about it pisses me off. But then again I'm the kind of person who freaks out when I'm in a popcorn line and the previews start in two minutes.
