(no subject)
This week has been okay aside from being away from Christian and missing all of his phone calls :-(. Erin's birthday was last Friday, so she drove in from Jacksonville so we could celebrate with her, but Elizabeth and I fell asleep (whoops!). So we ended up celebrating Saturday night instead. Erin and I met up earlier to hang out and such. I helped her unpack a little and then we headed off to the mall to find dresses for salsa dancing. We ended up going to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory to get some yummy Cheesecake apples!!! It was not as awkward as I thought it was going to be...they actually recognized me and gave Erin and me 15% off of our apples :-D. Sometimes I miss working there. Anyways, after that, we went to Parisians to meet up with Elizabeth and just looked around, found nothing, moved on to Victoria's Secret and Express, and finally, FOOD!!! We went to 1 for dinner and it was AMAZING!! I am so glad that we went because I was really curious about the place! Then we went back to her (her being Erin) house and Erin gave Elizabeth and I pedicures (haha, on the day that we were celebrating her birthday) with the mint bliss pedicure set from Mary Kay (AMAZING!!! I'm getting one for myself!)which worked so so well and it smelled and felt so so so good!! Anyways...we ended up falling a little behind and had to hurry to get ready for salsa dancing. We got there around 11:00 I think and had a great time. I actually stayed there until the very end, haha. Oh, and while we were there I got an Amaretta sour and Erin got a sour apple marini (hehehehe, yay for being 21). After that, we went back to Erin's place and Elizabeth made up cosmopolitans, which I didn't like, so I had my girly Shmirnoff :-). Finally we went to bed around 5:30, and set the alarm for 6:00 bc I had to go back home to get ready to pick some one up for church. After church and work, I met up with the girls again at Albertson's and then Erin and I went to Qdobas to get dinner (mrah, I got a grease stain on my white skirt :-(). We then went to the theatre to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and ran into Lonnie (guy from my work)who was also going to see the movie. Erin and I worked our wonderful charm to get people to move over a few seats so that we could get 4 seats together (the theatre was pretty crowded and there weren't many seats available together). The movie was really good. Not what I was expecting, but it was very good!!! After that, I went back to Erin's and we made a blueberry cake and some kind of pudding and whipped cream mix....so so good!!! But I didn't get to eat any of it, bc I fell asleep from the lack that I got the previous night. I had to get up at 7 to get over to work, but after I got off, Erin and I met up again at some nail place and then headed over to an apartment that we were looking at (really nice!!) Then we went to ABC to get a few things to put together for a cocktail, hehe. After that, we got food from Subway and headed back to her place to get ready for our Mary Kay meeting which turned out to be really good!! Afterwards, we went to THE MELTING POT for desert (it was my first time there and it was sooooooo good). Haha, we made it one of our Mary Kay goals to book so many classes that we would be able to reward ourselves with a full course meal there! Very exciting :-D. After we filled our tummy's with an Amaretto desert (we really like amaretto, hehe) we went back to her place, and watched Sex and the City season three (my bday present to her). And I fell asleep next to Mason, with his paws over my face (her very attention needy cat...who drools but is still absolutely adorable). And now, here I am at work...The end :-).
