I should start looking out for my own well being better. Everyday I go to work exhausted from lack of sleep the night before, and its not like I'm doing anything worth while thats keeping me up. I usually sit up playing video games or watching Adult Swim which, don't get me wrong, is the shiznite, but I digress... The fact of the matter is that I resort to taking naps in our storage room because I'm so tired from going to sleep at like 2 in the morning. I'm definitely a lot grumpier because of it and cant think as clearly as I normally do. The weekends don't help either; were always out doing something when I should be sleeping, this weekend especially, where we went to sleep at 6 in the morning on Saturday.
Also, for the second week in a row I've been having these really annoying back pains. I don't know how it happened, perhaps the gym or how I sit at work / sleep. Whatever the case may be anytime I don't have my back straight it hurts. I just swapped my chair at work for a more comfortable one, so hopefully that will help. I also took 3 or 4 days off from the gym in hopes that it would help, but it didn't. Scott gave me a sheet that he uses (he has back problems too) that lists some helpful stretches, so I'll be trying those out soon in hopes that it will help. If it doesn't though I don't know what to do. He said he had small back problems which he ignored and now he has to see a physical therapist. My Dad started having problems when he was younger after serving in the military, so I'm not sure if its a gene thing or not. I'm only 21 though! I'm getting really worried about it now, but I don't want to resort to skipping the gym unless I really have to. Any advice?
