I hate bills

So I get my monthly bill from Verizon last night and find out that its about double in price from what my normal bill is like. As if my current eBay issue wasn't enough to deal with, now I have this. Upon talking to one of their customer service people I am notified that I somehow managed to go over my peek time minutes and thats where the cost comes from. The representative told me that they charge about 45 cents for every additional minute and I racked in about 65 of them. What the F?! After a whole lot of complaining she said that if I bump my plan back up to the 400 minute one (I'm currently using the 300 minute one) that she can knock off about 15 dollars off the current bill. The only problem is that I'd be paying 5 dollars more a month for the plan and my contract would be renewed. Then again, I wouldn't have to deal with these insane bills and would get that new In network feature, so all my calls to other Verizon members wouldn't count as my peek minutes. Hmmm... what should I do?
