Well, ended up taking Anathea to the hospital tonight/this morning. She wasn't keeping anything down but was obsessively begging for water and/or juice. So I called the pediatrician who advised a ride to the ER.
Once the doc managed to see her, she put her on some fluids and an anti-emetic and things improved. 500ml of water in her made a real difference.
Obviously we're back home. Here's hoping that Sunday is a dull and uneventful day. I need some sleep!
