whassup everyone.. hope everyone is doin' coo and is havin' a coo weekend. well 12 years ago today was a very tragic day for my family... my mom was pregnant with her first baby boy and went into labor... unfortunately we were either victims of discrimination or i don't know wtf was wrong with the damn doctor that he introduced himself to my mom when she first got there and didnt show his face again until my little brother was dead and my mom was on the virge of dying as well. There was nothing that could of been done to save my little brother but luckily my mom survived. Til this day we really don't know how he died... we were given two versions.. one that he choked with the umbilical chord (sp?) or he drowned when my moms water broke or something like that... a lot of drama was going on in our family at the time so my mom went into a deep depression and when they took the doctor to court and all ... we won the case and got some money which i think the laywer ripped my mom off and i also thing my aunt that was handling gettin the lawyer and everything ripped my mom off too... they never had a good relationship and all of a sudden she wanted to be the best sister ever. That's not important to me... what is important to me is that i don't think justice was served for my little brother... money doesnt bring back my only brother... the doctor didnt even get suspended from his work or anything and continued to work like if nothing happened... they also made my mom sign a paper that said she could never re-open the case and that she could never go public with it .. like go on the news and stuff like that with the media. Me and my dad have been talkin about it and we might hire a lawyer and ask if he could re-open the case.. being that he is the father and he never signed a paper saying that he couldn't re-open it. Here is a picture of my little brother.. his name is Adrian and he would be 12 years old today.. rest in peace little one.. i love you..
