Drowning sorrow
When will I learn that drinking is not an appropriate way to chase away the blues? Sheesh, I've got a headache the size of freaking Montana - assuming that Montana is a big place and what-not. I am going to eat some delicious oatmeal and vow to make some goals for next week that involve revisiting my coping strategies.
