Addicted.

Most of you who know me will know that I very quickly and easily get addicted to things. Often I can abandon the addiction as quickly as it came, but while it's there it is more of an obsession. Luckily there have only been a few times in my life where this was something of real harm (besides maybe chocolate, that's an ongoing one) but I've managed to get past those (aside from, you know, the chocolate).

HOWEVER.

I have always been addicted to spending money. I'm a recovering spendaholic who has no money so it's hard for me to have an outlet, but once in a while my reins are loosened and I go a bit mad. This coincides with my addictions to Lush, and a new one- wax tarts. Oh god, these addictions are awesome and terrible. Because they are things which essentially get used up, they don't take permanent space in my house which make them great things to love and partake in, however, it means I can't open a cupboard and see the impact as much (though if I were to lay out my Lush, it would probably cover my king-size bed at this point). With Lush, I have mystery shop credits. I've made about £125 this year, if not more, (EDIT: and I won £30 worth) and that all gets converted into products. That's not a TON of stuff for Lush, it is pricey, but it's still enough for a year (especially when we didn't have a bath tub for 2 months)!

This new addiction, wax tarts, is one I am loving so far. I bought some things for family gifts from this girl because I liked the scents she had so much, so now I've done that I hope I can calm down on it, but I have money in my paypal and I don't know if I will be able to. My goal is to not spend anymore on myself until the end of the year, but we'll see. I used to be very obsessed with candles and incense, but don't have a space to do them safely anymore, so this is pretty much a renewed love of fire and intoxicating scents.

Anyway, I love this obsession, here's a photo of my latest order because I am greedy and love to show off my treasures:
