so sad to read the friends page

an hour ago i got back from a trip to columbus, geogia, where i spent the weekend protesting the School of the Americas (SOA) / Western Hemisphere Institute of Securcity Cooperation (WHINSEC)... I had a blast with everyone from Xavier who went down to protest, and I saw lots of people I didn't expect to meet, including graduates from my Ignatius class, current Ignatius students, Ignatius faculty (Fr. Giao and Mr. Kelly), a girl from the MA camp I went to 3 years ago, and a few people from the IFA conference this summer! Loads of fun, but I'm glad to be back.

Andrew and Katie, congrats on George. I really wish that I could have been there for at least one performance. After reading everything that everyone has written, it sounds as though the show's execution and the performances were marvelous, despite how people feel about the actual show. I'd love to see it for myself, and I'll make sure to walk into it with an open mind that isn't expecting anything.

Godspellers - sorry to hear about the projector malfunctioning. I am quite looking forward to this weekend's performances!

Michelle - Congrats on finishing another show. And you'd better show those riverfolk exactly what they're missing if they don't consider you for a part! What a shame if they don't use you.

Anywho, I'll be back in Cleveland in less than 48 hours! I'm very excited, and I hope I'm not getting sick because I do desperately want to see everybody. Is there any mass-college-student-and-other-show movement to go see Godspell? let me know!
