for anyone that saw my earlier post, forget everything.
today, me and my mom went down to the summer school registration.
all is good, and im talking to an old friend from spanish
then a counselor from mountain view, Mr. Diaz asks me and my mom if i need any help.
i ask if i can take Accelerated Algebra II rather than just normal Algebra II to see if i can get the 5 rather than the 4.
what he tells me is this:
firstly, that because i took a waited class, i cannot take another class, such as normal algebra II to REPLACE the grade. instead, you can only do that if you DROP the class.
second, accelerated algebra II is not even offered at summer school
i didnt quite understand the magnitude of it until i realized what he meant: i cannot take a math class to replace a grade, when the grade i am trying to replace is waited. MEANING: i cannot take summer school.
so now, i have to call Iowa and tell them that i still want to go there.
next i have to call Stanford and rescind my application/$250 application fee.
so instead of: 1. going to the better camp and no summer school ;or 2. going to summer school and no camp, i am no going to 3. no summer school, and the worse of the two camps.
this is the absolute worst possible scenario, and i am really fucking pissed off right now.
