It's all coming together! I have left my family-like friends from Provo and Salt Lake behind--not without much crying, of course, and I sorely miss them--and am preparing for my departure to Sarasota in the next two weeks. I have FINALLY found adequate housing, too! Safe place and very nice, agreeable roommates. One of them is even LDS! My parents SHOULD be at least SOMEWHAT pleased about that. I just won't mention, I suppose, that I found this housing because Reed has a friend who told him she needed a fourth roommate, a fact which he then relayed to me.... My parents are, of course, rather opposed to Reed's existence altogether, at least as far as it relates to my own. :\

Anyway.... It's all coming together! This is most pleasing and alleviates at least most of the stress of not having my cherished Utah friends with me in person anymore! :D

I'm planning on flying in on September 4th. Look out, world, Ashley is chasing her dreams!!
