glad to hear it :D What part are you dancing in it? That's kind of funny actually because my senior year of high shool we did Cinderella and then I came here and I had to do it again. Not to worry though... its completely different since the teachers choreograph each section. I'm so glad you're coming next year and can't wait to meet you after reading all your livejournal posts for so long!

I am the Lilac Fairy. We are also doing Raymonda, and I am Raymonda, haha....are the variations and pas de deux still original choreography?

sometimes they keep original choreography - it just depends. In Swan Lake they kept the original choreography for the variations and the swans but they changed a lot for things like waltz and the different divertissments in the third act. For Cinderella they pretty much changed all the choreography - i guess it just depends - so we'll see what happens next year. Good Luck with your shows!
