John/Lestrade or John/Sherlock with John as the Daddy since it seems all the other Daddy!kink is written with John as the boy.

BBC verse preferred but 2009movie verse and Granada series are more than welcome.

John Watson is the nurse/doctor who tends him back to health and takes him in.

Except it wasn't a normal animal that attacked Sherlock...

This was a more vague reprompt but here was my (unfilled) original prompt:

BBC John/Sherlock or any Holmes/Watson.
Sherlock gets John to drink a whole lot of liquids throughout the course of a day. Eventually, John's full to bursting, but Sherlock keeps him away from any bathroom 'til John's so desperate, he can't help urinating in his trousers. Then they go home and Sherlock helps clean him up and John is ashamed but unexpectedly turned on and then they have sex or whatever, you know.

But anything you can dream up is more than fine with me.

Can I have Holmes/Watson ('09!verse) stranded on the train somewhere with a bunch of people?

I want dramatic things happening. Possibilities:
-Watson delivers a lady's baby.
-Holmes deduces that some dude is a criminal on the run.
-Someone plays matchmaker and urges Watson to pronounce his love to Holmes.
-etc etc
