And when Jaejoong sighs, it's never a good sign.
When Kim Jaejoong looks at you with those big doe eyes of his in disapproval and lets out a sigh afterwards, it's never good for anyone.
He manages to make Yunho feel guilty for making him worried, which is ridiculous considering that he is not even directly responsible for the new scar on his right arm. Truthfully, he has no idea when or how he injured himself and this is not the first time that he got hurt. He had been through worst.
But Jaejoong is Jaejoong. And Jaejoong is always worried about Yunho.
"I should make you wear bubble wrappers underneath your clothes from now on." Jaejoong utters as he sits down next to Yunho with a first-aid kit in his right hand.
Yunho pouts and wraps his arms around his boyfriend to pull him closer."Joongie, it's just a scratch."
Jaejoong glares at him before flicking his forehead softly."Idiot."
Jaejoong's gaze softens as he opens the first-aid kit and starts to take care of Yunho's wound - it's just a long scratch, really - and Yunho watches him silently.
"It doesn't matter how serious your injury is." Jaejoong sighs."I'll always feel like crying when I see you getting hurt. I know that I'm being too much of a mother hen-"
"Wife." Yunho corrects, his lips forming a grin when his boyfriend blushes.
"-sometimes, but I can't help it. I can't stop myself from getting worried about you." Jaejoong smiles once he's done putting ointment on Yunho's sratch and places a bandaid on top of it before ending his treatment with a kiss on the bandaid-covered injury.
Yunho's heart is doing that funny thing again. It always does when Jaejoong is with him.
At some point, they are behaving like an old married couple and yet their feelings for each other never seem to fade unlike the scars hardships left behind.
"You know, I should appoint you as my personal nurse and take you with me no matter where I go." Yunho smiles."That way I'll have someone to take care of me all the time."
Jaejoong chuckles and pinches Yunho's nose gently before he gets up from the couch."Or you could just stop being such a klutz."
Yunho pouts softly but is soon bursting into a fit of laughter when his boyfriend runs into another couch and almost falls on top of it, the whole thing looking more adorable than anything."But you call me a klutz."
"Be quiet!" Jaejoong huffs as he flees out of the living room in embarrassment.
"It was like watching a cute kitten trip over a yarn ball!" Yunho calls out, his laughter only getting louder when he hears his boyfriend whine from inside their bathroom.
