I like the song. It makes me feel proud and confident. XD
Certain songs make me feel girly (I'm looking at you, SNSD...), but this particular song by MM makes me feel proud to be a girl, without the annoying weaknesses. XD Amazing what impressions do.
But it's funny. if Oh! made me feel like I was back in high school (gah XD), Onna ga Medatte Naze Ikenai makes me feel like my age. Which is, early 20s. Haha. And I might add that Kimagure Princess reduces me to a fit of giggles just at the memory of the song. I have an odd sense of humor.
Nanchatte Renai makes me feel sad though. For good reasons. I wrote a bloody story about it, what do you think? And to date it's the only story I truly finished. :0 I'm shocked. XD
What is funniest though, is that while Nanchatte Renai always tends to bring me to the edge of tears, the coupling song Subete wa Ai no Chikara makes me go all "awwww". It's just so happy and adorable and heartwarming. XD Though I would argue that it isn't even the best feel-good song MM has. I have a few in mind, and in no particular order...
1) Koi ING
- Duh. Best coupling song in history. XD
2) Mikan
- What? It didn't sell well yes, but it's still a happy song!
3) Aruiteru
- Mother of all "let's look forward to the future" type of songs. Lol.
Honorable mention: Ame no Furanai Hoshi de wa Aisenai darou. I love this song. The original leak where ReinAi dominated the lead vocals was better though. I am not biased...ok maybe I am, a little. You gotta admit, having them sing solo lines is better than the eventual choral version. I'm still kinda nervously anticipating how they rendered it in Chinese for Nine Smiles...we'll have to see when the DVD is released.
And I have a sudden urge to go listen to Rainbow Pink right now. Koharu, you'll be missed! *tear*
