(no subject)
If someone ever asked me for a hand-drawn paint picture combining elements of both porn and the Eiffel tower, I could actually provide it to them. I recently rediscovered just such a thing-- that I made myself, even! Though, I think I would disappoint them utterly in the subject matter. *laughs* This doesn't actually disturb me, though. Huh.
Yesterday, a friend of mine (( desukashino )) said he wanted to come over and give me my Christmas gift. Since he has a new car, I basically ordered him to drive me somewhere so I could have a ride in it. XD Being a good friend and a generally nice person, he didn't tell me to go eff myself, and instead took me to the mall to play DDR and watch Eragon. I have VERY mixed opinions of Eragon. It was hilarious, in an eye-rolling, exasperating sort of way. But also, very, VERY cliche, and very... just... guh. XD And I got 3/4 of the way through Max 300 omgomgomg!! So, anyway, Desuka's new car is a standard, which inspired me for my next day's activity. Thus, today, I learned how to drive stick shift. My dad had me drive once around the neighborhood-- and then took me on the interstate. I almost blew up the engine-- but only once!-- and stalled out the truck at least eight times. Oops. XD But, no one died, the truck didn't explode, so I count that as a successful lesson. Learning resumes tomorrow. D:
Also, I have a blender, now!! Homemade smoothies ftw~
