i think i wrote this on thanksgiving..
well, my 20th birthday is, as you can see, right around the corner, and it's really been making the ol' gears turn in my noggin... and despite the fact that i'm pretty content with where my life is at the moment, the two-decade mark is a pretty big deal.. and it has brought to my attention that i've had over 7300 days on this earth and yet i don't have much to show for it. so, basically, i'm making a new decade's resolution. i know it sounds cheesy, but i want to make a difference. i don't want to be a nobody who is complacent to ride the inner tube on the lazy river of life. i want to, like, build a dam or clean up the water or teach a fish how to swim.. yeah, okay, that doesn't make sense, but hopefully i'm getting my point across. i want to be the type of person who sets a good example and is remembered for being inspirational.
