okay so guys, i'm sorry. i'm not only disappointing myself, but now you as well.
as it turns out, the whole concept of quitting cold turkey apparently isn't for me. the day after i "quit" i had the worst possible headache i could imagine. so i caved. bad sarah. anyway
but this doesnt mean i've given up on the idea! i'm still working on this, but instead i've decided to wean myself off. and before school ends (in about two months) i WILL be completely smoke free.
