Wanted the comic
is also terrible, but in a different way from the movie. Sometimes, I remember it as being kind of okay, but flipping through it today as a refresher reminded me that it is not. There are parts that are cool, but they are outweighed by the parts that are bad, so on the whole it is somewhere between average and slightly-below average. It is still vastly better than The Boys, which is similarly over-the-top, and it is my mental comparison of the two that leads me to periodically misremember that Wanted is good.
