IL est, tres....yum.

'Simply tried this one day working w/ what I had, and it yielded marvelously to the taste buds.

With a ghetto-ass icing spreader, moderately layer the following:

-Some sort of artificial butter substitute (Not margarine but a better substitute such as one w/ olive oil).

-A TON of onion powder

-Garlic Salt

-Worcestershire sauce

-Medium heat SALSA! (Pace)

-Black peppercorn

-Salt

-Oregano

-Parsley

[Adding Last:

-"Lou’s"- Hot sauce.

-Grated Parmigiana Cheese

-Cooked Spinach.]

Make four or more large slices into half-layer of the steak in which to smooth part of the spread/spice after pouring in some Worcestershire. Apply first, the butter then each spice layer by layer blending in smoothly w/ more butter & the icing spreader...Adding also the salsa and Worcestershire in between layers. Once this is finished....apply *yet*....another very liberal layer of onion powder. Top also, with a healthy amount of grated Parmigiana. Simply stick pieces of cooked spinach into the open slices within the steak to infuse this flavor. Voila! It is moi fantastico I tell you...
