I'm sick :(
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. The entire house smells of turkey and pies. Unfotunately, I am sick so I probably will not be taking much part in the festivities. I can hardly believe that there is only a week left of the program. It will be very weird next semester not being here, not only in Oxford, but just in this house living with all of these people. Granted, I do miss home and all my friends there, but I just feel like I am not ready to leave. I know that I will also really miss my friends here who are not coming back to Athens next semester and possibly never again. :( But what can you do? Has it been almost 3 months already? At least I have worked out all of my plans for traveling after.
Itinerary: December 3rd fly from London Luton to Geneva
December 7th take train from Geneva to Florence
December 9th take train from Florence to Venice, there for the day, and take an overnight train
to Vienna
December 11th take train from Vienna to Munich
December 13th fly from Munich to London and take the train to Edinburgh
December 14th fly from Edinburgh to Dublin
December 18th fly from Dublin back to Edinburgh
December 19th train from Edinburgh to St. Andrews and back to Edinburgh
December 20th train from Edinburgh to London Gatwick and fly back to Atlanta
As you can see I have a lot to do and see between now and when I go home. I am looking forward to it all, and luckily I will not have to travel alone at all. Yay! Anyway, as I said before I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and I will see most of you I hope when I return. Happy Holidays!
