So, my birthday was fun. Mitch came to see me and he gave me a really pretty amber necklace from Greece. I showed him around Oxford and we climb St. Mary's tower with all the insain steps. Then we went and had dinner at a really good Italian restaurant. I love having wine with dinner, something I never get to do in the states. It makes everything much more romantic. Afterwards we went to a pub with some people from the house. I am really glad that Mitch got to meet pretty much everybody. Unfortunatly, many people could not go out with us because of all the work they have to do. Wait I have to do it too! Shit... Anyway, I was sad when Mitch had to leave as always, but I know that I will see him again soon. Plus, it's not like I spent the last two weekends with him or anything. :p Anyway, I am procrastingating finishing my second history paper, that's right second, as in already wrote one. However, I don't know how much more I am going to write because there is only so much one can say on how divisive the godly were in early modern England. I mean, duh. Answer: really, really divisive. That's what the Protestant Refomation was all about. It is, I must say, rather inimidating when all of your teachers are widely renouned authors on their subjects and they can detect bullshit a mile away. Unfortunatly, you can't bullshit someone who wrote the book on it. Anyway, I must be off. Ta.
