well first of all thank you very much i was just going to post that i changed the design and im glad you like it

as for the image what do you use photoshop because thats the one i use

If it is then open the 303x180 into imageready and make a new document with the new size 168x100
then use this to duplicate current frame


then use this to tween the frame


and put in these settings
tween with: previous frame
frames to add: subtract two from the amount of frames that are in you 303x180 animations and put it into this box
layers: select all layers
Parameters: make sure all three boxes are selected

ok now use this button
and then to select all frames and then copy frames from the 303x180 and then go to the new document and use the same icon and click select all frames and then paste frames

and put in these settings paste method: paste over selection
check link all layers on the bottom

i hope you understand this if now i'll try make a tutorial and post it for you :D

Ow,thanks for such a quick answer!

I'm using PhotoShop CS3.
I think I understand everything - but I'll try to make something tomorrow,or,exactly today,cos' it's already 3 hours a.m. here,in my country, and at 8-30 a.m. I have to be in my University=(

But tutorial will be also usefull - I don't know how to make gif in PS at all,so any information would be very greate=)

oh im not sure if it's going to work for CS3 thought cause i dont think it has imageready but tell me if you get through

oh wow you're up late i dont have school tomorrow and it's only 9:58 pm lol so im hood

oh okay well you're welcome but if you cant figure it out and since i dont have CS3 i'll give you a site you can go to to get tutorials for that one
