(painfully unfiltered)
Nectar is dark, darker than it should be within the glass walls of the greenhouse. There are no moons and stars to be seen outside the windows and no lights from the streetlamps outside. Bat wonders if he hasn't gone blind again, the thought worrying him because he knows no reason why that would happen.
There's eventually a faint light from somewhere, just enough to see the outlines of furniture and let him know that his eyes were still functioning. The place feels far too empty. Why was he up again? Looking for someone, wasn't he?
"Minatsuki?" he asked into the dark, his own voice sounding hollow - as though the very air was absorbing the noise and stopping it from getting very far. Could the girl even hear him?
He wandered further. The building felt larger than he was used to, the walls seeming to move away even as he approached them. Starting to get nervous, he called her name again.
"She isn't here," someone else's voice responded. Bat spun in the direction of the sound but saw no one. It was still too dark, even if there was someone nearby. He walked in the direction he'd heard the voice come from, only to have it speak up again from behind him. "You can stop looking. She's with me."
Once again he spun, and once again he saw no one. The voice was familiar now, though. Someone he'd spoken to before. Someone of some importance because of his connection to Minatsuki...
"Why?" Bat snapped. He turned frantically, trying to catch sight of the man that mocked him, only to receive laughter in return.
Then he felt his arms caught behind his back. Though he tried immediately to shift into demon form, the transformation wouldn't happen. He couldn't move and he still couldn't see his attacker. Bat growled, wanting to shove whoever it was back against a wall, but they were still keeping out of range.
"Why?" the voice repeated his own question in a low whisper right by his ear. "Because I'm her brother. You're just a monster who's worn out his welcome."
The asura hissed and thrashed, falling to the ground as the force behind him disappeared, leaving him only with that laughter...

Bat fell out of bed, flailing about in full demon form. The transformation that hadn't been allowed to happen in his dream had taken place the moment he woke up, and it took him a minute or two to calm down enough to revert back.
Once he had, he just laid on the floor and stared up at the ceiling, wondering how he could kill Yoh without his sister hating him afterward.
