So according to my lj homepage, it says I haven't posted in 29 weeks. Dear lord, time flies. I have noticed that in that time Lj has tried to become myspace. Tisk, tisk. I thought highly of you Lj... I give you the upper hand for coming first, being a huge part of my high school years, and for the ranting opportunities and privacy myspace cannot offer in such ways as you. Extra points for being considered a journal. Much more creditable than a gossip lounge.
But alas, I find that you have succumbed to peer pressure and are trying to "myspace it up" with your looks and new features. And so a huge era in my youth has died and has been reborn as a conformist.
I grieve the loss of the old Lj I new for so many years.
