You know, this past week, while waiting for Saturday and my evening plane flight to take me to Mass, I've been a bizarre combination of lazy, bored, and indecisive.  I've had Law & Order on my TV for 2 days or so now, and while I love it as background noise (I could watch and listen to it all the time), but I really want to play a video game.  I'm still stuck on chapter 10 of Rogue Galaxy...not because it's hard, but because I haven't been playing it, and I really want to get back to it.  Yet, I can't bring myself to turn off the movies and TV shows that I've been watching.

So, instead of that, I thought of playing games on my computer...but in this week, people have been talking to me on AIM, haha.  It's a pleasant change to just having my friend Pat send me random messages during my off hours (I like sleep...so what?) and the occasional chat with other friends, but the frequent chats with people have been lifting my spirits.  The problem is that the only games I'd play are City of Heroes or Might and Magic 6.  Both take up the screen, and each have their own problems (MM6 has a habit of overheating my laptop, and CoH has a habit of losing connection to the map server).  So instead I use Facebook's game application.  Sure, they're mini game-esque and I could waste hours, but I still feel kind of bored (not quite as fun as Mario Party mini games).

Hmm, maybe I'll end up playing Rogue Galaxy today, since after this disc of L&O I'll have to shuffle through all my DVDs and I'm not looking forward to that game, haha.

Three cheers for indecisive behavior!  Oh, and the fact that I'm getting a huge hair cut when I get home (the kind that'll have me walking away with a chunk of hair).

video games, indecisive
