It was the Sunday of Kinvention North 2004. We were all at a Chinese restaurant. I was leaving, and said goodbye to you. Despite that we'd barely talked the entire weekend, you stood up and gave me a great big hug.

As Kin North was my first contact with otherkin of any kind, I was a little surprised. I had yet to learn the customs of our society. :P
