So I finished editing this chapter of We Are Pilots, but because it's so obnoxiously long - as in +3k words longer - I have to go over it again to make sure I didn't fuck up while rewriting the goddamn thing. This, to my eternal irritation, involves rereading the previous +33k words of the revised version. a;lksjfal;skjdfslakfjsdf
However I did notice this (well I'm only halfway through Chapter 3 so I could be totally wrong) - so far every program Sam's encountered that didn't try to derezz him asked if he's going to fix the Grid and if he's going to stick around to make everything better.
Except Tron.
All he ever said was the equivalent of "Let me help you."

Also decided to take a page from
ship_manifesto and fiddle around with some kind of Sam/Tron thing in the context of We Are Pilots. I'll either regret this immensely or regret nothing at all.
Also I watched this fantastic Korean film today. It's called
Sunny and it's about a group of high school friends reuniting after twenty-some years. It's beautiful, touching, fucking hilarious, and full of top-notch cussing. It's also a film about a friendship because that's what Korean filmmakers are good at, which for me is rather refreshing. Still need to see Captain America again.
So there you go, a moment of flail, a bad idea, and a film rec.
