I love how Enyo is clearly the Shipper On Deck, and poor Tron trying not to lose composure in front of the others. :D
Two things - is it just me, or do I foresee a hint of foreshadowing for the sequel, what with the unrest and explosives? And second - is it weird that I really want to see Tron's reactions as he finally experiences the 'Real World'? It'd be a big difference, especially for a program as old as him - I was always sad that they skipped over it with Quorra, but then I guess they'd have a harder time showing it on screen than writing it.

Foreshadowing? What are you talking about? >_______>
There's another prompt on tronkinkmeme that I want to use to work out what it's like for a Basic like Tron to come into the User world as opposed to an ISO like Quorra. I imagine it would be a little easier for her to make the transition but for him...it would be interesting. Very interesting...
And thanks for reading, :3

The prompt looks awesome - I was always intrigued by the concept of changing forms when I was a kid (and yes, even now). I blame Animorphs for that. There's this part of it where you not only have to learn your boundaries again but learning your 'older' self in comparison... sorry, I'm in the middle of an English Major. I can tend to ramble for a while on stuff like this. :)
Maybe a cure for the earworm: a literal version of the song. Which is rather hilarious, actually.

Ha, Animorphs. Man I loved that series...until it got weird on me (and Mom refused to buy the rest of the series for me, boo). And I don't mind other people rambling. It's fun, :3
And after seeing that vid I now really want to fill that prompt. But after I finish editing We Are Pilots. And probably after finals. >_____>

I think I read up to somewhere in the 40's? Not sure. I never read it in order, anyway, because the library didn't have them all and I tended to pick up the ones from viewpoints I liked first (Cassie, Ax, and Tobias ftw!). I did read the ending, though - I remember being mildly 'O:' about it all and refusing to accept it. I understand why it's like that now, but I was only about 12 (?) at the time and therefore disgruntled. Too bad I had no idea about the existence of fandom back then, I'm sure there would have been a multitude of fix-it fics!
Take all the time you want. I'm not trying to put a squeeze on you - sorry if I came off that way! Real life always takes priority. And good luck with the finals, too! :D
So many questions, though - if Tron enters the user world, does he retain those privileges when he goes back? How does he find the change in gravity and physics - is his skills retained? Argh! /head asplode.

Oh my god those are my favorite POVs too, XD I think the majority of the Animorph books I have left are from Cassie's POV. And man, I stopped reading Animorphs somewhere in the 30s but I had friends who read all the way to the end and were super frumpy with it. So I went and skimmed the last book...and D8.
Aw, thank you. I'm gonna need all the good luck I can get, X|
I like to think that Tron will be very awkward at first, adjusting to the new laws of gravity and physics. Plus talk about his new senses being bombarded, and imagine being cut off from once easily-accessible information (like being without the Internet [lulz] but worse).
And poor Sam trying to help him out but having no idea what to do. Man, talk about a really fucked up relationship...

Ha, me too! Well, it's rather evenly divided between Cassie/Ax, but the point still stands. However, I did just find *coughonlinecopiescough* of the collection and fully intend to go through them all again.
Exactly. I'm suddenly reminded of the Auditors in the Discworld series, only hopefully taste won't have the same effect.

Oh man there are online copies now? Shit I should get on this; I mean, we're talking about a huge ass chunk of my childhood! ...or maybe I shouldn't; they'll distract me forever, XDDDD
I haven't read any Discworld so I will now go google the Auditors....

I may or may not have a copy on my hardrive. I may or may not be uploading this now. .rar files ok? (I figure the internet is distracting enough... if I actually get the time to sit down and read one, that'd be a plus).
Read it, read it! It's worth it, I promise. Also if you don't mind spoilers, I could elaborate - it'd probably be a bit hard to find it just by a quick search. :D

.rar files are just fine, 8D
And I'm immune to spoilers - you can tell me the plot of a movie and I'll still watch it with wide, wide eyes. And hey, it's quicker so I'll ask now - who/what are the Auditors?

*Coughs, beckons in a vague 'come over here' gesture while looking around furtively* (Don't mind the file name).
Yay, another spoiler fiend!
In basic, they're 'Auditors of Reality'. They have no distinct personality and are a collective than individuals, but otherwise just picture CLU. They want to run the perfect system, and humans - well, humans are messy. To quote wiki, they're 'supernatural celestial bureaucrats. They make sure that gravity works and file the appropriate paperwork for each chemical reaction'. They feature a lot in the novels, but in this particular one they try to take a more hands-on approach. They build bodies, but of course the bodies influence them. Long of the short, Susan (another character) ends up using their senses against them in a fight - she makes them eat chocolate. SENSE OVERLOAD and they *poof* back onto another plane. BEST SCENE EVER - chocolate warfare as Auditor after Auditor basically has a meltdown thanks to the taste.
