Another one bites the dust
Exam day 2 officially rocked.
Nailed both of my scenes in Theatre, I think I probably got an A on both. Also looked up my grade on my SMAD final: 72, not too bad really. Gives me an 80.5 overall in the class; I'll take it.
Hung around a bit after class with everyone. That's probably the hardest class I've ever had to leave. We were all friends, we all got to know each other really well; it was a totally different environment than any class I've ever had. It's hard to watch them all go, especially Rachel, Brandon, Dylan, Mary Beth, Dana, Moe, Audrey...yeah really just everyone. Talked to Tom a bit, and he was really encouraging. He told me, "you want to do more theatre." Just like that. After I informed him of my plans to leave here and take up trade school for automotive, he told me I should get coffee with he and a mechanic friend of his on Saturday mornings. May take a trip back down here, but I'd really enjoy doing that at some point.
After that I headed back here, threw on some shorts, and headed out to Green's for an awesome lunch; ran into Alex on the way. Saw Danni there as she passed through (I swear, that girl is the embodiment of the term "cute") and ran into Big Mike just before leaving. I'll definitely miss days like this around campus. Oh well, the plan for the rest of the day is pretty much planless-just the way I like it. My last final is on Thursday afternoon, so tomorrow will be my study day. For now, I'm just kickin' it.
